This is Ryoichi Yoshida, he and his wife own Hamatyo, a small tradicional sushi restaurant here in São Paulo.

Last Friday, I went to Hamatyo with a friend, and we had the most indescribable dinner ever. Served as a traditional Japanese omakase course, every dish, skillfully prepared by Yoshida San, was a new exciting experience. Fish and seafood I've never tried before, each with its own particular flavor, surprised me at every bite. The food was so good, my friend and I couldn't contain laughter.
