Last sunday my friends and I brewed our very first beer all by ourselves. It is the recipe of a Belgian Dark Strong Ale.
Everything was going sooo fine until we needed to cool down the must... the chiller we built (which is basically two coils with a couple of hoses) broke down so we had to improvise and I believe that's exactly the reason why our beer might not end up so good as we expected.
In fact, what makes me more anxious is the fact that we have to wait roughly three weeks to find out IF the beer is good or not. Just be patient, little grasshopper.
