Oh I'm so absent minded... I had a huge event a couple of weeks ago and, as usual, forgot to blog about it... as if someone actually read it, but I guess, sometimes a few people do.
Anyway, homebrewing is the trend nowadays, and I'm now officially a part of it. So I took a class on homebrewing and we (I say "we" as there were two of my friends there with me too) made an authentic American Pale Ale. It is in the process of maturation now so the beer will only be ready to drink in another couple of weeks... but I'll wait paciently as it is the only option I have.

My friends and I bought what we needed to make this thing happen and we will brew our first beer totally on our own this sunday. We chose a nice Belgian Pale Ale recipe and got everything ready to start making beer!
Curiously, I don't drink. Actually, I drink casually, and by casually I mean once every two months... when I'm in a bar or if I have my friends over.
But, in the end, this homebrewing stuff is more about the hobby, the fun and to do something that mostly people don't do... it's cool stuff! And dude, it smells soooo good when the beer is brewing
