got my sleep patterns straightend out again. seems i couldnt sleep cause i was out of some meds but i got them renewd and got some other ones so im sleeping like a baby.
new years eve i decided to go to spokane with the wife and kids. i slept half way there. got there at 5:00 i layed down at 7:00 till 8:00 then went back to bed at 8:30 got back up at 10:30 and went to bed for the night at 12:00. so ya i partied like a rockstar
