to all you people out there that work full time with kids i give you all the props and respect in the world. i myself have been driving a van picking up kids from school and taking them to an after school karate center and helping with it and i dont know what the hell im doing.
ive worked the last 8 years in an adult prison. there are different tricks to get adults to comply with what they are told. i aint figured out how the hell to get these little bastards to do what i say.
