its been a while since i updated. lets see what has been going on.

i had training at work the last 3 days. boring as hell. but i think i bruised a rib wendsday at training. hurts like hell.

my wife and oldest son jordon just left to go camping for the weekend with her parents. so its just me and the youngest, kaileb kicking it.

must have been about 90 today and i was sitting in a class room listening t opeople talk about infectiuose disease controll, report writing, and critical incident response.

only took me 3 days to finish season 6 of buffy. i know im a slug.
