The phone reception is as good as any T-Mobile phone I've ever had. The internet has gone down for like 3 days twice in the... 8 months I've had it (which sucks, but it could be worse). The email storage is surprisingly big. It takes crappy pictures, but all phones do. The camera has a flash. T-Mobile controls the ringtones you can download, but they have some decent ones. It has become more handy to me than my pc. I highly recommend them.
