now i don't watch a lot of tv, but i'm always happy when the Joey sitcom comes on. but why is it that everyone seems to dislike it? i mean, you take the best bit out of Friends and make a 25min. show out of it... and what do you get? your favourite dumbass and loads of pretty ladies (or on most occasions, the same ones, but who cares, they're still pretty!) so is that lame? no. funny? yes.
but maybe it's just me..

now since i'm on the subject of tv, i might as well have a little rant about other shows. in which case, some people might end up hating me if i slag off their fav show.. but i gotta let it out....
why oh why is ER so damn popular?? what is it about stressed out, over-working, depressed doctors and nurses who never have time for a proper relationship with someone coz their job is their life and seldom find time for anythin else beyond that! is anyone ever happy in that show for more than 5mins?? they're all sad miserable sods. i've never actually watched an episode from beginning to end, but from what i've witnessed so far over the years, that's the impression i have. am i way off the mark?

so, this OC show seems to be pretty hot right now. kinda like a new Beverly Hills 90210. but oooooooouu i so can't stand it!! i'd like to point out though that the only reason i've watched this more than once (or at all) is coz i tend to eat dinner in the living room, and when this is on, my housemate is always there watching it. she seems to love it...
i can't tolerate ANY of the characters, but the one that really gets under my skin, is that blonde ass guy with the fringe! ooh how i loathe him! i know he's only playin a character, but i can't imagine him otherwise. he's so up his own ass, thinks he's all that, the mature one of the lot, always so damn serious, with the same look permanently drawn on his face that would suggest that the end of the world is nigh. *lighten up you sad ass fuck!*

and what's up with the sitcom "everybody loves raymond"?! i for one fuckin hate raymond. literally. i can't stand the guy! so very ironic to call it "everybody loves raymond"... who the fuck's everybody?! coz i certainly ain't one of them!

once again, i'm sorry if someone reading this takes offence coz they like said shows.. feel free to speak your mind if so..


current sitcoms i like to watch: King Of Queens, Run Of The House, Joey, Scrubs (now theres some entertaining doctors and nurses!), My Wife & Kids - and i actually hate sitcoms with annoying little brats.. sorry, kids in them, so this is an achievement!

i love art.. i wish i could draw.. i used to draw cartoons as a kid, people would say i had talent.. of course, lookin back at it now, it's crap. maybe i would've had some kinda potential if i carried on with it. but i lost it. the flair. or whatever it was. now i can only enjoy and admire and envy the work of others, forever 'til the day i die...

it's the 6th novel i read from this guy and so far i love'em all!


watched this last weekend.. was funny, creepy and downright stupid. an ideal late night weekend flick then!
