satan: searching for souls..
i can remember watching this 3 times so far and i still find it funny..

it's already friday! this week just flew by for me.. except for the 12 hour shifts at work in the past 3 days.. those hours are sloooow...
last saturday an ex-housemate came to visit who had moved out like 4 months ago, so we went out and ate italian, drank wine, had lots of laughs and a fun time and i subsequently missed the house party i was invited to. which is a bit of a shame, coz i like house parties; or house gatherings, for a more grown-up term. especially the ones where i know the people who are actually throwing said party and where plenty single women would be present. or non-single - who cares!
i feel kinda guilty for not going though, and after a week, i still haven't called the guy to explain why i didn't make it.

sometimes dreams are scarily bizarre. i seem to have the most intense and vivid dreams during 15-30 minute naps while seated in a chair. obviously i only take these kinda naps while at work, as i don't make a habit of falling asleep on my armchair at home.. not when the bed is right behind it!
but last time i fell asleep like this, i found myself being confronted by a big black ugly looking dog that jumped me while i was still seated, it's face reaching for my face.. i tried to keep it back by attempting to grab it by the arm, only to find that its paw was gripping my fist and pushing forward with the same strength as i was pushing back. and with my other hand i was pushing it down by the neck trying to keep its jaw away from my face only to have a hard slithery snake-like tongue hungrily and violently trying to protrude my mouth.. a friendly animal face-licking this wasn't! it was a menacing experience to say the least. and the weirdest part came afterwards.. suddenly no dog, i felt i was awake again, i could see my surroundings of the real world, yet i was somehow still in dreamland and paralysed in my seat.. i tried to move and i couldn't, then my body felt like it was going through spasms and i was wondering what the fuck was goin on... it was kinda scary, but i felt more intrigued by it all than fearful..
then this eerie state of trance suddenly slipped away and all was clear and normal again... i was kinda shaken by it though.
but there have been some good ones too.. well kinda good. not long ago during a 15min. nap i still remember a particular dream with a girl i didn't know, passing each other through a well lit corridor, our eyes meeting, a hesitation, her arm reaching out - and next thing i know we were embracing and locked in a kiss so passionate it felt more than real.. it was so intense that i could almost smell her; and after been woken up by my phone alarm, i felt totally robbed of something special.. i could still feel her body against mine, her eyes staring into mine, her breath, her tongue mingling with mine... she was right there.. yet she never was....

am now in second thoughts about falling asleep on chairs....

this is the best thing i heard in a while and a new favourite band. noisy, heavy, guitar driven, electro-punk mayhem. beautiful!

i bought this without listening to it beforhand, or even knowing anythin about it.. so i'm now in possession of one of the strangest albums in my collection (and i have a few!)
the knife wielding girl on the cover is the vocalist.. so that would be the shouting and other vocal anomalies..


this sounds too much like a 3rd Ohgr album.. but i couldn't care less really. the more i listen to it, the more i'm liking it.

not as good as the hype suggests, kinda dull.. but i sometimes like that sort of thing..


still no clean shave.. and it saves a great deal of time in the mornings..
