had day off on Thursday so enjoyed a long lie-in. and it was beautiful! was in a shopping mood so went into town with the intention of buying some books, dvds and maybe comics. want new clothes too, but would need a whole other day for that..
ended up meeting with Ling again coz she was in the same area as me, so went for coffee again. starbucks - frappuccinos!! mmm...
started liking her a little bit more - even though she revealed that she's gonna start looking for a job in Wimbeldon, which is quite a way out from London. the reason being that her boyfriend lives there.. that's her boyfriend of just one month whom she's visited once or twice a week in that month.. hmm..
not that i really care, as i haven't had any thoughts of wanting to get serious with her. not so far anyway. i'm currently too interested in a girl i met about a month ago now. a girl i found to be so cool, so not too mess it up, i decided to play it cool. but instead i played it too cool and hardly done anythin at all! i should seriously revise my strategy with these things as i might've missed my chance now.. unfortunately i can't do anythin right now coz she's on holiday abroad for another 2 weeks..

today's Saturday.. and had John come visit me at work where we watched two foreign movies in a row, in our own private mini-cinema within the film council offices. first up was this..
which was very stupid and absurd, but quite funny too because of it.. (well that's another Takashi Miike film off the list)
and next up was this..
which wasn't special but very nicely filmed..
also took some pis with john the white afroman at work, but was surprised to see he had the afro done at the back.. and i found this new latino-looking gangsta look very photogenic...

Thanks. Glad you liked my work. The doll is pretty sweet. It was a gift from a good friend a long time ago. I had to practice my 'still life' skills, so what better subject to paint. The blood and ink experiments are still in the works. I'm constantly attempting to improve the technique. Hopefully more will come soon.
