That's interesting. The goals in Foundations of Leadership are basically... I suppose an easy way to put it is, "bettering yourself." And so, basically proving you worthy of management. There's a lot of projects and things of that nature I'll have to complete in a timely manner. Not sure what those tasks are yet though.
