Getting a tattoo on monday...It's been too long since my last. Sometimes you just need the little bit of uncomfort and pain and then that release of endorphens...
The plan is to work New Years eve, then fly back up to northern California on the 2nd...I'll miss the warm weather here in the south, but I can only handle so much of my family and friends before I need to runaway.
I've been really into asking the If...questions lately. I've also been reading a lot of steinbeck...wonder what that's doing to my mind.
Off to a wedding today...young people (22 and 23) but one of those rare couples that you know you'll be back celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with. By then I will have been married 3 times, divorced, widowed, and living in a cute little house with my cats and dogs as an eccentric old woman who can tell you all about the old days of music and about how she was one of the few sexually liberated beings of her time. God I can't wait.
