I see dead people...
So me and a buddy went to Sounds of the Underground in T.O. last week......gotta say it was pretty good for the most part. Poison the Well and Chaimara were quite impressive, but ofcourse Clutch stole the show, no big surprise there. Gwar was pretty damn funny, big 3 foot demon cock and balls swinging in the wind. The whole entire concert was louder than fuck. Less than 10 minutes between bands...no break from the onslaught of the death metal....some band Opeth sucked balls....
Anyway, the reason for this post is while in line for some food I see this girl about 5 feet up in line who looks very similar to Steph. The side profile was identical....not a fun site, couldnt stop staring at her....
Shopping yesterday I see this girl in the mall who was a dead ringer for her (no pun intended, or maybe there was)...and when I say dead ringer I mean down to the finest detail....and I know this becuase I watched her shop for about 10 minutes...same hair style, same cheek bones, same mouth, same body shape and clothes style, she even had a green shirt on, which was Steph's favorite color.
I wanted to get up closer to her and talk to her to see if she had the same eyes, but what do you say that wont freak someone out..."oh hey, you look like my dead girlfriend, can I see your eyes".....don't think I would have been able to anyway, I had tears in my eyes the whole time and was alittle shakey....it was so wierd to see someone that looked the same as her living in the same town...they say everyone has a twin somewhere in the world, but in the same town!?...what are the fucking odds of that?....
Then to top it off a few minutes later walking by me was a dude who looked identical to Elliot Smith, who is also dead, and was one of Steph's favorite artists, and he was looking at me with this weird smile on his face...What the fuck's going on here? Can my life get any fricken wierder, please...
