So the other day me and my brothers went to pickup my friend at his house and go to crossover. Just to see what its like and all you know. Get a feel for it. So I was supposed to pick him up from work you know. @ 4:00 But you know, I still a slacker sooooo, I ended up picking him up at...6:00. What!? It wasn't THAT late...
Anyway we drove there, hella fun car ride. Then right before we got to crossover. We entered this like "ghettoish"
neighborhood and there were all these kids like just standing in the middle of the road, just blocking the street you know. I mean its not like I could have just drove around them you know? We were like WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!?Siey was like:"wow, this is worse than 9th street" I was like:"Yep, it is" So as we were contimplating whether or not to bitch out and try and go around them. I thought to myself, man I can't believe how this scenario seems...So classic. Eventually siey just said:"Look lets just go to the left and act like were trying to pass, and if they don't move....."Me:"And if they don't move?" Siey:"we'll just have to fight them." heh heh.
I was like damn it! Oh well...*sigh* so we make to pass them, (and like they didn't see us waiting there for the past 4minutes) once they see us get close they begin to disperse and let us through. I was like *phew* Come on now guys there were like 10-12 of them and 5 of us! I REALLY didn't want to have to go there!
So they break up and we finally see crossover. It is a really large building. Not too much happened down there though. We noticed they had a basketball court and a skatepark though which was pretty sweet. We met this guy. "Nice" I believe his name was and some skater named mike. They both seemed cool. Mike reminded me of roy though. The way he kept trailling off in conversation and seemed to be avoiding everyones gaze. Just fixating on his shoes. So we left went to get some pizza and snapple. It was delcious. Then I somehow managed to get the car stuck inbetween two of those parking stump things. It was kinda funny because as soon as the problem presented itself, the boss music from "chrono trigger" started playing on my car stereo! It was great timing!
So after I unstuck us and we got home stuff happened I foget what though. Then a little later we were off to the gym. I got tired of waiting on everybody so I just took off. Justin saw me leaving and ran after the car! Funny thing is he caught us!????don't ask. So once we got to the gym, all of us went straight to the back, to the dance studio. Had mad fun there, and got pretty good cardio going on. It was our most recent attempt at breakdancing. And yeah we did suck but it wasn't a complete failure. We had fun and I think I learned a little about how to windmill. Plus I got some great photos! *BIG ANIME THUMBS UP!*
So after that everybody was wining about how they had to get up in the morning and how I should take them home.(Winers.....)So I told them all how troublesome they were and complied with their wishes. Soon it was time to take the boatman home. We had an in depth political discussion on the car ride to "THE BURG" I guess I was so caught up in the discussion that I went the wrong way cause we wound up in tampa!!! What really bothered me though was that I noticed I was going the wrong way for at least like 5-10 miles and there were no exits! They made me go all the way across the damn howard franklin TWICE! for no reason! Anyway before I dropped him off I said we should go check out a goth club sometime, just to do it. See what i'd be like. But I think he was a little intimidated by the idea could you blame him though?
Well thats that! Another minor adventure under my belt!
