Where to begin... it's been a while since I've updated and I have both good news and bad news. Let's get the bad shit out of the way:

Bad News #1: My parents are getting divorced - shitty. That put me in a mental coma for about a week. It sucks but at the end of the day I think it might be the best thing for everyone - or at least that's what I keep telling myself.

Bad News #2: My job has been sucking ass right up until Thursday but now everything is turning around - more about that later...

Now...

Good News #1: Hell City seems to have been a huge success! While I only managed to make it out for a single night to see everyone I had a blast!

Good News #2: My roommate is a kick ass chef and made one of the best burgers I've ever had with garlic, purple onions, salami & cheddar on a jalapeno potato bun... so good!



Good News #3: I saw Dejah on her birthday last week at her bar job and we (well I) got to have a drink with her to celebrate. Here's our friend Dejah eating on the job:



Good News #4: My friend turned 30 last night and his girlfriend threw his a surprise party. We all wore buttons with embarrassing photos of him, wrote all over a green shirt he had to wear all night and went to a comedy show where they proceeded to make fun of him. It was great!



Good News #5: I should be worrying much less about my job situation soon. Everything should be solidified very soon and more details to come towards the end of the week!!!

My major is Life Sciences, so Chemistry is sort of a big part of it. I'm not great at math, I struggle with it, always have, but as long as I pay attention and try to understand the reasoning behind the calculations I do okay. My teacher just sucks. And I have spent HOURS at the tutor, the problem is they won't teach you how to do it if you are clueless, they say they are just there to answer questions and guide you through if you are stuck. Since I have no idea how to begin to do half the problems, they won't really help me. I go to every class, I take excellent notes, I read the text book and I'm still staring at this practice exam having absolutely no idea how to proceed.

Lol no I have no plans to visit these places!! You not planning on a trip to the uk?!

I'm going to the sahara next month, via casablanca and morrocco, with a couple of training weekends in between to different places in Scotland. In December I'll be visiting friends in London and Brighton, and hoping to visit more friends in January in Italy.

That's as far as my travelling plans go, as I'm trying to clear debt, save up for a car, and save a deposit to buy my own place. It might help if I had a real job..... Xxxx
