I filed for custody a couple of weeks ago. She got served on Friday, Feb 27. She has not said a word about it. SHe has been overly nice since but ends up turning the conversation from 'How are things?' to 'This is what time I expect Sophi in bed!' Every day is new drama. I really need to work on the parenting plan. I've barely looked at teh generic copy the lawyer sent me. It's still very strssful and very depressing.
I suspect she is now recording and/or documenting evert little thing. For example: On Tuesday when she called about 8:20p to talk to Sophi she asked me what we were having for dinner or did we already eat. I said I was making chicken strips, corn and the last of the french fries. She says 'so Sophi won't be getting to bed until 10p then.' I tell here we have a routine but it's not scheduled to the minute so I don't know exactly what time she will get to bed. She responds with 'So what are you having for dinner?' I reply (always nicely), 'Obviously you weren't listening because I just told you.' I repeat teh menu and then add, 'Did you get that written down?' She says, 'Don't worry about it, I'll get there.' BUSTED. She never did lie very well. There are times when she says things to me that sound as if she is reading them.
I once said, 'I wish she would come to her senses.' A friend responded, 'She is at her senses, we need her to come to our senses.'

i am having weird problems with my x, Mike, as well right now. i took Reese to his 18 month doctors appointment the other day and mike was supposed to meet me there but he never showed up or called or anything! he was supposed to meet me so he could finnish up the appointment and i could get to work on time. since he didnt i wound up getting to work 3 hours late! when i asked him what happened he just got mad AT ME and said that "do you realize hoe little sleep i get every night?!? do you???? i got 3 hours of sleep last night and you have the nerve to call me and be annoyed that i didnt have time to call you." (this is how he works - he turns things around).
anyways, thats whats going on with me right now. im glad we are talking. although we are of different ages and backgrounds it is good to have someone who knows what is going on and is going through at least semi the same thing.
