This getting old thing really sucks. I skipped out on my league softball game last night since my achillies was sore and inflamed. I started when i woke up yesterday after my league basketball game the night before. Damn thing has bothered me in almost 2 1/2 years since I ruptured the other one. Though i have been pushing myself pretty hard trying to maintian this workout program, maybe my body is telling me i need to take a small break. I cant tell you how much i enjoy sitting on the couch with a ice bag on my achillies lol. Maybe I should give up sports for awhile and just try to have alot of sex to burn the calories lol
