Ok so I did the first workout of the program (P90X) last night (chest/back). Love the pump and burn you get with this program, followed the chest and back with the ab ripper x, 339 reps of abdominals is brutal. I do dig the results and recovery shake that I bought with the program kind of like a orange cream soda just much better for you. I think my biggest road bump will be the diet. After reading the nutrition plan and see that I fall into level III and should consume 3000 calories I about fell over. Trust me eating a mushroom omelette made with 4oz of fat free cheedar 1 cup of mushrooms and 10 eggs whites was a hurdle, plus the 12oz of fat free cottage cheese. Man that was a huge breakfast for me but that seems to be the biggest meals of the day but I have to be religious about eating 5 meals a day. I wont do a day to day blog but maybe a weekly followed with some photos. I have worked out or been active my whole life but I finally figured I would set a goal and really try and reach it, no more slacking. Wish me luck.
