well the ghost tour was ok, it was interesting and i learnt loads about the town however no ghosts and it was n't scary either.


yesterday i went for a road trip with my best mate. she had an interview at southend on sea, and the weather wasn't too bad.

so we had fish and chips on the beach, and went to a sea life centre it was very amusing laughing at all the essex girl slags.

yup all in all it was a very healthy day outside in the sunshine having some funshine.

and i have put my body through a lot of fun lately maybe a little too much.
