i have just started a new exercise regime, so that when i go travelling i'll be super fit and can climb any mountain etc!!

i hurt lots but it's lush to feel connected to my body again, i don't want to sound all new age californian but it's true.

i'm going into town today and buy that art shit i've been talking about for sooo long and then take the pooch for a walk along the canal and soak in the spring flowers.
