right this is my second day not smoking, it sucks what do non smokers do? i once read a magazine article in vice where it said if you wanna impress a girl say something funny but spontaneous like what do non-smokers do with their hands? people with no arms must feel really relaxed. i wish i had no arms.
that was the most amazing article i have read.

but it's true the day takes soo much longer. i took my dog for a walk and it was like 3 hours long normally i'd only go for an hour but i was so bored that i didn't want to come home and be bored. if i had my art stuff here it wouldn't be as bad but i don't so it means i'm listening to scuzz or watching malcom in the middle.

fuck i'm a bit of a dilema, how can i live my life without smoking it'll take so god damn long!!but smoking is expensive and bad for me!!

on the plus the walk was awesome i loads of new albums on my ipod. i was walking through this huge field with loads of ponies and geese. and singing at the top of my voice and dancing when i walked!

then some one would walk by and i'd smile and continue to sing loudly and probably out of tune. i came back when it was getting dark.

i've decided on steak. but i need to go pick up a light from habitat. nightmare. i have loads to do, sainsbury's, the bank, habitat, walking the dog, sorting out travel insurance.
