I'm so rubbish, I didn't actually update this account when last time I was so generously treated to membership, almost a year ago! But having been granted a new 3-month grace period today, I'm determined to be more involved and active on here. Thankyou, mystery account-giver, be you friend or Poisson Avril!
I do miss this site. I miss the friendships forged in the fires of Mount Suicide, and the forums, and even sometimes I miss the pretty pictures, despite the online proliferation of similar fare...So it's nice to be brought back! I hope this account lasts more than a day, I'm slightly scared by the April 1st element of it...
In other news, I am in London until Sunday cat-sitting a very tiny cat in Streatham, which means I can go out and see people easily. Handy, as I am almost broke! Usually I hail from Brighton, by the sea. I'm thinking to move back to the Big Smoke, but either in 6 months or 1 year, depending if I can find work that pays over 18k in the meantime. I'm not going to move again without having a job to go to, been there, done that. Admittedly it only worked well for me, but it seems unlikely that I'd get so lucky again!
Other things...um, I stopped being Manic Depressive! Amazing. When I started taking medication for hypothyroidism, it turned out that it fixed my mental illness! So although I'm broke, for the first time ever in my life I'm able to address that, and intend to be out of debt in 4 months. That's really not so bad! Then I'd like to go on holiday, maybe to India or maybe Thailand...oh and I changed my name, to Zia, it's been working pretty well for me. New start, new name, and all that. And I've been reading lots about Carlos Castaneda and Robert Anton Wilson and Tim Leary, I've yet to get to Crowley, but all that consciousness-raising stuff, I'm liking it. Could it be Magic...Now?
Right this is a stupid update, designed primarily to indicate my reincarnation, I don't even have my own PC to upload recent pics, I don't have dreads anymore. But nevertheless, je suis retournee, merci beaucoup my mysterious gift-giver! xxx
