1. Opened my car door into my knee 2. Almost dropped a stack of patients' charts, smoothly caught them, then simply turned around and scattered them across my desk 3. Semi-slid down the stairs but didn't actually fall 4. Slammed my hand in the shelving unit 5. Somehow kicked a side table unit trying to get a johnny out, fell into it, and threw the johnny at the patient instead of handing it to him 6. Went the rest of the night without incident but as soon as I got home I tripped over my portable eisel and I'm pretty sure I broke a toe.
