How I relieve stress is by turning the music up loud, get out my mat & weights and lose myself in a workout for 30mins to 1hr. Normally I'm doing HIIT workouts to Heather Roberston. It seriously is a bodies natural painkiller and mood elevator. I can never do a workout & not feel good after. It gives you the Happy Happy Joy Joy feeling. lol. I might be sore but I always feel like I kicked butt & can kick whatever kind of stress in the face. It clears my mind, gives me energy, helps me sleep & most import feel good about myself. It doesn't take whatever I may be stressing about away but helps change the mood I'm in for a few. :)
