So I went to see the second Foo Fighters show last Monday and haven't had a chance to hop on here and write about it!! OMG, it was amazing!!! SOOO MUCH better than the first show! Even the big rock radio station we have here in Philly said that the crowd was even louder this time around. I didn't get to the barricade in time at the beginning of the show, but I was still basically almost up against it. I was going fucking crazy the entire show, my boyfriend kept yelling at me cause I was stomping on his feet and elbowing him the entire time, lol sorry not sorry. BUT YEAH, basically the crowd was much more enjoyable. Towards the end of the show the one girl who was at the barricade by herself finally left (the entire show she was just standing there on her phone -_- idk why she was there in the first place) SOOOO I stole her spot right away, lol. BY THAT TIME, I was freaking out because Dave was literally two feet away from me, so fucking insane. A little bit after I got up to the barricade a head security dude started walking towards me and I was like "oh no, he's gonna yell at me because I keep jumping and pushing on the gate" and next thing I know he just gives me a side eye and slides a pick into my hand and walks away. I guess because I was going so hard the entire show he felt I was worthy of one of Dave Grohl's picks he had dropped while playing, but holy fuck I didn't even know what to do, I held onto that thing for dear life the rest of the show.
SO BASICALLY, I love my life, I'm so happy I got to go to these two shows and have such good times. I'm kinda sad that I know I won't see them again for another couple years but it'll be okay.
