• I was adopted at the age of eight

• I love cheese/charcuterie boards! They’re the way to my heart.

• I love listening to cheesy romance audiobooks. My favorite author lately has been Vi Keeland

• My absolute worst fear is anything near my eyes. (It’s a miracle I can put in my contacts) I accidentally stumbled across an alien movie as a kid that has a VERY graphic scene and haven’t been able to forget it since.

• My favorite animal is a meerkat. I used to binge Meerkat Manor.

• I’ve been collecting crystals since I was twelve. I love the brightness they add to my day.

• I try to go on a walk at least once a week. Even though the area in Michigan I live in isn’t super scenic, I do have two nature centers by my house that I adore.

• I love singing in the car. (Even though I’m not that great at it)

• I had meningitis as a young kid, which resulted in me getting a spinal tap. DEFINITELY would not recommend.

• I sang La La Land by Demi Lovato in the school talent show. It’s still my hype up song when I’m down.

I think that the alien thing that you saw that freaked you out, was the UK TV show 'UFO', from 1970. The aliens in that breathe a liquid that fills their helmets. To protect their eyes, they wear shells that completely cover the front of their eyeballs. When an alien is recovered, alive, from a crash site, doctors remove the shells - this is shown in the opening credits, and was quite shocking when first shown. I can see why it would have bothered you. I'm a big fan of the show, but it still makes me wince, every time I see it. It's still a very cool show though. 😘😘😘
