ok so i didn't move out. things have been calm here since (for the most part) and there seems to be some effort made by the other half, but the possiblility of me leaving is still stronger than ever... 
on to less depressing and more exciting things!
there was a bat in my house last night. i have no clue how it got in unless it flew down the chimney... i trapped it in the closet and scooped it up in a blanket. i never realised how cute bats can be when they're not flapping around wildly and crashing into the ceiling fan or trying to bite you lol. anyway i put it outside and it seemed no worse for the wear and happy to get away. so there's my excitement for the week
