omg i haven't updated in over a week!
still waiting to close on the house. the guy is stalling us now because he's in charge of paying all the title insurance and he isn't going to do it until he gets his stuff out, and he's taking his sweet time doing it. we were supposed to close this friday and i had hoped on working on the place before moving in... and we had hoped to be in there before the lot rent came due on the trailer again, but that's not going to happen. i'm going to ask him to pay my next month's lot rent and see what happens
baby finally cut his first tooth last thursday, and there are two more not far behind. he also can crawl, he just doesn't want to put any effort into getting what he wants... so he just yells at me lol

Good luck getting the house stuff taken care of. I'm out of town till at least sunday hopefully monday night, but i'll see about checking in if i can, if not have fun this weekned if possible.
