Had a much needed 3 day weekend. Read Harry Potter. It being the longest book seemed to be too short but I liked it. My student will take his test for his CDL an pass tuesday I hope. Then he will do Memphis to Knoxville runs and I will be all over the USA again. We are slowing down so I expect to be sent home for truck repairs tuesday afternoon an be off for a week or sent to Wisconsin.
Darrelle is going to replace fuel bladers in our C-175 and will remove it from flying jumpers as the lease is up and they want biger turbine aircraft. He will buy out my half of the ownership. Ok with me as he is in upstate NY and I live in south Ga. I think the last time I flew the 175 was back in 1999 and last time I jumped out of it was the same year. I have no plans yet to buy another aircraft.
My friend crazy bastard Jeane will be flying his plane down this fall. Then us two ex navy pilots will go to St. Thomas in his little Taylorcraft.. He wants to fly 3 feet off the water at all time. Back when we were choper pilots it was cool now I am older and would rather fly high and fast in a fixed wing craft
