I remember finding out what SG was and thinking, "Omg... these girls are so beautiful and confident! I want to do that!!!" I began my modeling "career" as just a girl who wanted to show off her personality through some online photos. To be a Suicide Girls model was my major goal. After trying a few times to apply, I gave up and started doing some local modeling where I live. It was extremely difficult. Models hating each other for no reason, photographers being catty. I didn't feel like I belonged at all. I wanted to belong to a group that I could relate to. Empowering females. After 3 years, I ended up finally becoming a hopeful and member to the site and there was one specific thing that really caught my eye, and no it wasn't just the gorgeous photos! It was the absolute kindness I saw everywhere. I looked through groups and photos and I never happened to see any type of negativity. Everyone was just so amazing, and the girls were there supporting each other. THAT is what changed my life. It gives me hope everyday that when I get online, I have a safe haven. Somewhere to post my thoughts and feelings and not worry about people trying to bash me for simply just being me! I love it here!! So thank you to everyone who has made my stay here in the SG Hopefuls section an amazing one!
