i became a suicidegirl in 2006-technically. I was in limbo for about a year before going live. during that year, this site has changed dramatically.
I used to admire the women who modeled here ( and some i still do) as an outlet for beautiful strong feminists whos uniqueness set them apart from the mainstream. apart from the standards for beauty that gets shoved down our throats on a daily basis. i felt like maybe my looks had a place here and i could find like minded people who had something new to teach me. yet again, this is a nudie site, but i thought there was a sense of community here. i have yet to see it.
during my time in limbo, something weird happened. hopefuls. i had no fucking clue what that meant. either you qualify for this site or you don't. it was a bit confusing to me, and still is, exactly why do these women/ girls still try over and over to become and SG and give this site free nude shots??
and member review. a perfect way to get looked over and judged without getting paid. i know this is nothing new to have a set rejected on this website but to keep it up hoping to get enough comments to get paid for your hard work is sort of a joke, and i am guilty of falling for it. i have 2 sets that have sat on my page for a year and have gotten nowhere. suddenly my beauty isnt enough.
so i sit here, feeling like my time with SG is done. i have nothing left to offer that would actually make it on the front page and thats a bummer. i feel lost in a crowd of naked women. the popular ones here deserve to be so, but also have better access to SG photographers and have friends that are staff members.
i think i'lll find my niche eventually. thank you for your great comments and support. i'll miss it here.

But at the same time I can't really argue with your logic--I'm a guy so the nudie part has a built in appeal that might not necessarily do it for you!
But before you go, can I tell you how great it felt when I'd sort of been admiring you for years and then made a comment that made you laugh?
Have a great next chapter to your life--marriage, etc.! You guys look great together.
