well, my parents visited again. i'm going to reserve comment on my own impression of the visit, but, the gridkids had a ton o' fun with them and got spoiled. and since my parents don't do anything without a camera in someone's face, there's plenty of photographic evidence...

apparently, they got gridkid1 high at some point:



and let her... tear down a tree bare-handed? beat them with a big stick?



took her for a hair-trim and let her try out an emo look:


(it's actually just camera fuzzies, there was no make-up on her - relax )

gridkid2 played dress up... and apparently couldn't decide between some princess, or karate kid:

gridkid2 took it to an extreme when everyone in this picture was told to "make funny faces":

while gridkid1 received a battery-operated, walking, growling dinosaur:



and an actual full-blown hair cut, for school (she starts next week);


(kinda makes her look older and younger at the same time... weird)
