Attended my buddy's band, "The Dont's" (sic) show last night at Edinburgh Castle. Damn, what a sweat house. And it was a typical cold San Francisco summer evening last night, too. I'd hate to be there during one of our five warm summer evening...

Anyway, The Dont's rocked, in their own peculiar way.

I've been working 15 hour days for the past week and a half (with exception to Saturday, when I took a break to check out the SGB).

Sleep deprivation is an interesting state of being. This morning, while I lied in bed contemplating another day of staring at a computer monitor, my mind wandered to the always-favorite, "what would I do with 3 wishes" mind...

The SGB show here in SF last night was a lot of fun. Hilites were Pearl's Hula Hoop dance, Shera's wicked verbage, and of course, the chocolate and whipped cream finale!

Kudos to Missy and the team for pulling off a great tour; I look forward to the next one!

Very much looking forward to the SG Burlesque show this evening...

Checked out the Wrens last night at Great American Music Hall. Saw them about 6 months ago during Noise Pop. Once again, they rocked the house!

Skinny Puppy put to rest all of my concerns; they kicked ass tonight!

Rented and watched David Cross' "Run Ronnie Run" a few nights ago. Possibly the funniest movie I've seen this year. Rent it, now!

My girlfriend bought the recently released DVD of "Spider Baby", and we watched it last night. I haven't seen the film since it played at the Castro Theater many years ago. It was just as much fun to watch this time around, and I highly recommend it to those into 60's era B-movies...
