In and out of psych emergency... cutting again. I've been referred to mood disorders but waits ave 2 months or more... I'm not sure I'll last.

binny: Change or cutting? only one of those choices is any good.

My goal is to not cut today. It'll be hard with all the free time I have right now. that is all.
