My last journal was way too nerdy for people to reply to, I guess. Aw well.
Brutal rehearsal today. Got there at 10, got out at 8. You know what's really really hard? And it's stupid that it's hard? Being in a scene where other people are talking. Paying attention to what they're saying so that you react naturally to it. Listening to people when you already know what they're going to say is very very hard. Because you can't anticipate other peoples' lines. It's very very bad to look at the person who's line it is next. That's not how humans behave, dammit.
I know: something this stupid shouldn't be so challenging.
In less than an hour I shall walk down to the East Village for the long-awaited SGNY Velvet Goldmine party. I've never seen the movie, but I do have some smashing velvet duds. I'll claim I stopped reading the invite after the word "velvet".

my starbucks message was from a cartoon called neurotically yours. i dont get coffee from starbucks. they dont even have a starbucks here. apparently they over looked us. im not complaining.

Velvet is always a good theme. The PDX party was fun. Damn this sight is cool. I like how there are realyl cute girl members. It makes the parties oh so easy on the eyes. Hope ya had fun!
