Over the past few days I have been slipping into some sort of cold-like sickness. It's been a slow progression from sore throat to lack of energy to sniffles. I'm gargling hot brine and drinking my Echinacia tea and I'm going to see if some soup from Bao might help. Hopefully they'll have vegetarian pho.
I'm still without work, although at one temp agency I called today the woman I spoke with sounded so very happy to hear from me. She said she was going to get on the phone with John Wiley straightaway and see if they needed a hand. Very sweet. But: no dice.
Right now, I think some Cheap Dutch Lager is in order, don't you?
