Well, the NIN show was pretty damn awesome, only there weren't any of the eye-popping special effects you expect from Reznor and company. Plus, they only played 3 or 4 songs from the new album, which I'm sure was a relief to some as much as it was a disappointment to me.

Meanwhile, things are looking up (albeit from a very low place) for my dear friend in the hospital. They shot her full of risperidol and now she's doing much better. Unfortunatlely, nobody, not I, nor her mom, nor the doctors know how to convince her to take her meds willingly. It's gonna be quite a battle yet, but we're all hopeful.
