Awake way too early. Carpet cleaners coming to do a few rooms in the house before the new housemate moves in. Ther other housemate (so there's three of us total) works all morning, so I get to be the one to let them in and watch them do their thing. I don't have class until 1pm, and I'm usually a night owl, so anytime stuff like this comes up I have to wake up early to take care of it.
It kinda sucks, especially when I thought they were supposed to be here at 9, but it's tomorrow that the tile scrubber people are coming, today is 10.
But I'm awake anyway, so whatever. It is what it is.
Tonight is karaoke, and I love karaoke. So all I've got to do is make it through another day of boring lecture and powerpoint and then I get to sing.
I miss having a band and performing for real, but karaoke at least lets me get up in front of a crowd and do my thing.
I love having an audience.
On that note- time to shower and start my day. Whoo hoo!
