Our turtle, Max, almost got electrocuted by his water heater. We've taken steps to ensure his safety AND happiness for years to come. His tank is now 1st class.

I caught them when they passed through Santa Cruz. It was a joint venture with Boom Box Productions, an outfit on the California coast seeking to blend electronica aspects and jazz influences in live performance. I found out about this group through Roots of Orchis.

I wish you much luck with finding jazz houses in L.A. SF unfortunately is losing many of its smaller venues.. hopefully the same thing is not happening down there, what with the abundance of studio musicians..
