reactivated my WoW account because a friend is hitting 60 and a few others have started playing. and i want to at least say i've hit 60 at some point.
going to NoVa for the weekend to see meera and the puppies.
then going to denver week after next for a conference.
busy busy.
need to find time to fix up the damn house.

been busy as hell with work and trying to cram everything possible into the weekends.
meera got two puppies! well her mom got them for her grandmother, who didn't want them so now they're staying with meera and her mom.
so, yeah, that's the plan for this coming weekend.
puppies!

3.5 hour drives that turn into 5 hour drives only to get in a fight on the phone 20 miles away suck.
somehow the weekend managed to pull through though and wasn't too bad. i don't think.
hopefully a three day weekend will be just what i need though.

back for a while.

it's been raining for over a day now.

bah. not much time to update.
in dc most weekends.
and again this weekend.
second interpol show in a week tomorrow.

life lately seems to be made up of really fun weekends with rather boring weeks in between full of work, classes, and boring time at home.

heh, and apparently i'm considered threatening by new boyfriends. that's a new one.

and also, had an amazing weekend. and hopefully a somewhat similar one is planned for next weekend.

trying a photo-a-day thing recently (which i already fucked up on and had to back-date some just because i didn't have internet access or really want to pull myself away from certain 'distractions')

woke up to snow this morning.
had to walk tot he grocery store.
dinner tonight is a shot of potatoe vodka, some wheat bread, and cheez-its. ugg.
need to find a blazer for new years.

rebuilding some old connections.
and making some new ones. very good new ones.

so, yeah, i came back. for a while.
shrug.

so many things are different; not that i feel like sharing here, now.
