so i went to work out for the first time in over a month tonight. i worked out for 45 minutes. did my legs, and some situps on the exercise ball as well as a few other abdomnial exercises which i cannot name because i can't remember what they are called lol
i ran for only 11 minutes :/ i always feel like such a loser! i'm terrible at long distant running, i start to feel barfy after 4 minutes hahaha. the good news is that i always run 10 minutes, and today was one minute more!! i managed to zone out to my ipod and go for another 7 minutes until i realised i really shouldn't push it any more then i already did.
i had to have my mom on the phone with me while i walked home in case i passed out. i didn't cool down properly.
i'm going to shower, clean up a little bit, make a veggie stir fry with all the veggies i can fit, then finish cleaning up the apartment - the cats found the toilet paper and the toilet brush amusing while i was out - and then hopefully learn to relax.!
