Hello! If you are reading this you are witnessing history! This is my first ever blog, ever! Whoa, dude. For a kid that's been around the internet nearly his whole life that's pretty impressive. I suppose I'm not one to write much but not being able to sleep has inspired me to put down a few lines. Maybe a bit about myself, shall we?
I'm a twenty-two year old California native. Currently serving in the United States Army as a Paratrooper. I enlisted immediately after high school at 17 years old. I have been in for a little over five years and have been all over the world; the mountains of Afghanistan, the Bavarian alps, the deserts of Africa, and the piazzas in Rome.
I'm a huge geek! Especially when it comes to the topics of history. Abraham Lincoln is my main squeeze. Western civilizations, Attila the Hun, the Viking invasion, the Renaissance, World Wars, and industrial revolution. I'm all about it. You can generally find me reading over college text books, or skimming Wikipedia articles. Not only is history my thing but I can get down with a Star Wars marathon immediately followed by a game of StarCraft.
However I have a 'bad ass' side as well. I have a couple of tattoos but have really been dragging ass on getting more work done. Being in the military hasn't necessarily helped me find a solid artist to finish up some pieces. I ride a Harley on the weekends, cuff my jeans, smoke Marlboros, carry a 1911, and wear wayfarers.
This has all been a random collection of nonsensical facts about myself. Hopefully I get better at blogging. Thanks for reading!
