so i had to the hospital the other day. turns out i have a pinched nerve or nerves in my neck causing me constant pain. got vikes for the pain and a soft neck roll but that seems to make my neck hurt more so i only wear it if i am up and moving around.
other then that things are sweet. saw and got to meet the dudes from Iced Earth with my brother again. this is were the injury happen.
the pills help some with the pain but at the same time give me a headache. so i guess there is a give take there.
a few things to be stoked on. the new Shins album comes out in 5 days and i have just finished listing to the whole thing on itunes where you can sample it for free. also out soon is the new Stick To Your Guns album(out on march 27). i got 3 of the preorder packages. the swagg is for me but i am giving two of the cds too two buddys at work. hope they enjoy it.

it's for sure very uncomfortable. but it's gotten better for sure. 2 days ago i couldn't even sit my self up in bed because doing so shot pain up and down my neck and left shoulder. i use the neck roll a little less now. the pain meds really don't do to much to dull the pain yet must not grumble.
