would you ever lie for your friend to help them out in their "company"?

I just want to see the different outcomes...

My friend of over ten years just asked me to lie for her company saying how amazing she is, and is never late and what she does is amazing.

Why be fake? I don't care if it's for a family member or a friend, don't be fake even if it's to help them. That never ends well. If she can't handle the truth then let her be and let her work it out. Not your fault at all.
