What a lovely weekend. My girlfriend and her sister visited me this weekend because Kristy (the sister) decided to run a half marathon this morning like a crazy person. It was freaking 13.1 miles and reallying freaking cold out. Katie (the girlfriend) and I wandered the streets of Des Moines, IA for 2 hours waiting for Kris to finish in an impressive (to me at least) time of 2:09:59. Her goal was 2:10:00 which was rad - juuuuuust slightly under 10 minutes a mile. I haven't ran in so long I doubt I could run one mile in 10 minutes. Mostly because I might not be able to run that far without stopping.

Well, without further adieu -
