been working out everyday. 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of the stairmaster. i gotta have that ass for my swimsuit.
Uuugghh,...I have to go to the dirty doctor tomorrow and im not too excited about that. Im definately gonna pop some muscle relaxers before i go.
Today is almost over and i will have gotten through my 5th day of not smoking. Then the weekends here, and I have to be stronger than ever and get through the weekend without cigarettes.
I can do it, damnitt. I want to so i can prove all these fuckers wrong that Im not weak.
