So i am on a strict diet and work out plan and yeah Im taking diet tech with my diet....so i have to lose at least 10 lbs.
Im sticking to this too and i know i will since now i have my best friend as my work out partner...
Limit my drinking too, and i guess i have to quit drinking beer.
oh well, i rather have a great body!
Im about to go with my friend to buy a car, and then to work out.
Gawd, i hate texas weather hot one day freezing fuckin cold the next!
