the year of the rooster begins in february. 21 day detox begins in a few days. and then i will be 40. i have lots of thoughts and feelings about that but can't articulate right now. my horoscope says i woke up on the right side of the bed today and so far that seems accurate. cheers to a good wednesday.
last night i dreamt of chairs. i looked up the significance of chairs in the dream dictionary and it said i should listen to advice. okay. i'm open to it....

fun in san francisco. ate the goodest food ever at the house of nan king. spent a day in berkeley and bought lots of music. my new favorite devendra banhart. today i went to urban outfitters to buy karen richter's t-shirts. my horoscope says a kindred spirit is around the corner.
my compass spins. the wilderness remains.
yesterday two puppies showed up in our backyard. one minute we had two, then we had four.

I think I may actually be becoming a good cook. At first I thought it was just luck, but after a few more tries I think I might just be a natural. 
sg was running a special. and snow has a new set. had to come back.

Ah yes - I thought I was going away - but KesaraSJ got me a 3 month gift subscription - cool huh? I think so too.....
and yes - Mondays suck ass - I got very droonk last night and I realized that I have issues that I didn't know that I had, I was acting pretty stupid with a woman I am seeing. Nothing big - I was just being a selfish ass.......
so yeah - I hate it when I realize that I still have issues from the past that I am hanging onto - I mean it is good to know - but it just makes me hard on myself and think that I need to work on myself more and I realize that I am not perfect....
