well i just got the papers in the mail yesterday....my ex-husband wants to sell the house....yes..im living in that house. we agreed when we divorced that i would stay in the house and make the payments. well i've been doing that for about three years now....well not just me....me and my bf and my dad. now he wants to go and buy another house and he cant with his name on this one.. so we have two options
1) we refinance under someone else's name to get his name off of it and give him back what he put in or
2) sell the house
well were gonna have to sell it cause theres no one that we can refinance under. my bf doesnt have enough credit and im not working and my dad just filed bankruptcy....so were pretty much fucked!! now my dad is gonna have to find somewhere else to live and so are me, my bf and my kids. so were looking in the sacramento area...cause its cheaper than here.
im scared and nervous and my stomache is in knots cause i've never been out on my own. yes , i'll have my bf....but i've never lived without one of my parents. i know the time has come cause im too old for this...but its just scary. also it sucks cause i like my home......now i have to sell it...
oh well.....life's a bitch......
and the little prick is also suing me for the court fee's and costs .........word of advice...dont ever get married unless you have back-up.....or better yet....just dont get married
