I tried with no success. Ended up taking a sleeping pill at 5am. The doctor just keeps repeat prescriptioning me. Giving me more and more. Which is cool cos I need them, but I'm worried I'm gonna rely on them too much. How long have you been using sleeping pills?

I know exactly what you mean about the guilt thing. Years ago, my motto was "don't get mad; get even" and even though I most always came away with short term satisfaction, I'd invariably end up feeling very badly the next day. Now I just don't let them bother me. You can't ever really win with truly stupid and ignorant people anyway - "you can't have a battle of wits with an unarmed person"
